By accessing or using EasyNest (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page; continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, infringed another party’s rights, or engaged in fraudulent activity.

Listings on EasyNest are provided by third-party agents, brokers, and property owners. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information but do not guarantee that listings, prices, availability, photos, or descriptions are current or error-free. You should independently verify any information before relying on it to make a real-estate decision.

If you submit a listing, you represent that you have all necessary rights to do so and grant EasyNest a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote the listing through the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights;
• Post misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or infringing content;
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service without our written consent;
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.

When you start a chat or request a tour through EasyNest, you may share contact information with the agent or property owner. We are not party to any communication or transaction between you and the listing agent, and we are not responsible for the conduct or performance of any third party you interact with through the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by EasyNest or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license to use the Service as intended, no rights are transferred to you.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, mapping providers, sign-in providers, and payment processors). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and EasyNest is not responsible for their content or practices.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyNest disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyNest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the profile page. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to EasyNest.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyNest is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by applicable consumer-protection law.
